XIQS Get MiFi Update List - OTA Management

Description
getXIQSMifiUpdateList ( [ Long id_partition ] ) 
Get a list of all MiFi update files owned by partition. If the current logged user is administrator, he gets the full list of all MiFi update files unless a 'id_partition' parameter is specified.
Parameters 
[ Long id_partition ] Partition Id
Return Values
List List of MiFi update files
Long id - MiFi update Id


String version - Update version


String path - Update file path


String name - Update file name


Integer size - Update file size


Integer mandatory - Flag which indicates if update is mandatory


Integer id_partition - Partition Id

Error Data structure ( Error Management ) 

Possible failure code returns
 *ERR_SRV_INTERNAL (500) ERR_MSG_NO_DB
