XIQS Update SIP Profile - SIP Profile Management

Description
updateXIQSVoipProfile ( Long id_profile , String param=value , ... )
Update an existing SIP profile. The list of params is variable and is formed as [ param_name = param_value ]. The "param_name" should match names defined in the getXIQSVoipProfileList  command.

*ERR_SRV_INTERNAL (500) ERR_MSG_NO_DB
