XIQS Attach ICM License - License Management

Description
mapXIQSLicenseRefId ( Long id_license , Long id_device )
Attach specified Call Manager license to an existing Call Manager device. This device becomes owner of the license.
Parameters
Long id_license
Id of an existing call manager license
Long id_device
Id of an existing call manager

Integer: OK = 1
