XIQS Add Greylist Outgoing Number

addXIQSOutGreyList ( String list< call num > , [ Long id_partition ] )

Add a list of Outcoming call number to Greylist table.

String list< call num >

a comma separated list of call number

[ Long id_partition ]

a partition id to assign to the call number list (admin only)

Integer ok - 1
