Get information about XIQS API, database version and current partition.

NO INPUT PARAMETERS

String ver_api - The XIQS API version (const.)

String ver_db - The Database version

String id_partition - The current logged user's partition

String username - The current logged user's login name

String ver_product - The current machine product serial version

String ver_image - The current machine product image version

String ver_patch - The current machine product patch version

String ver_xiqs - The current machine xiqs release version

Integer isgloballicense - Is license global (0-1)

Since API 1.5.0:

Long date_db - The current XIQS database UTC date

Possible failure code returns
 ERR_SRV_INTERNAL (500) ERR_MSG_NO_DB or ERR_MSG_GPAR_NOT_FOUND
