XIQS Delete Country Group - Country Group Management

Description
deleteXIQSCountryGroup ( Long id ) 
Delete country group.

Note: only administrator can delete country group in other partitions than current
Parameters

Long id 

Id of the country group to delete
Return Values
Return Code 
Integer: OK = 1

Error Data structure ( Error Management ) 

Possible failure code returns

*ERR_UNAUTHORIZED (401) ERR_MSG_CONGRP_IN_USE

*ERR_OBJ_NOT_FOUND (404) ERR_MSG_CONGRP_NOT_FOUND

*ERR_SRV_INTERNAL (500) ERR_MSG_NO_DB
